OVER 343,000 UNITS - the highest-volume camera in this entire slice, and a Kodak Museum object confirms maker Kodak AG, Stuttgart. Schneider-Kreuznach Reomar 45mm f/2.8, explicitly unchanged from the Type 042. Symbol focusing. Two hardware dimensions separate it from the 042: the shutter (Pronto to Prontor 250S/300S) and the accessory shoe gaining a flash-sync centre contact - a hot shoe where the 042 had a cold one. PRODUCTION END UNCONSTRAINED: 1967, 1966 and 1965 are given by three sources including a museum record; the start, 1963, is agreed. Weight and dimensions NOT SOURCED. REOMAR IS A KODAK TRADE NAME, NOT A MAKER. Both Schneider-Kreuznach and Rodenstock supplied Reomars to Kodak AG, the Rodenstock version based on Schneider's original triplet, and the SAME Type appears with both. The maker is therefore a per-example fact resolved from the engraving - 'Schneider-Kreuznach Reomar' or 'Rodenstock Reomar' - exactly the rule this catalogue already applies to the Retina DKL lenses. No maker is asserted on this row.
