The first Retina with a BODY shutter release - the change that separates it from the Nr. 126 alongside the arrival of the Kodak-Anastigmat Ektar in the lens roster. Two hardware dimensions, so its own row. Lens options sourced: Kodak-Anastigmat Ektar 5cm f/3.5, Schneider Xenar 5cm f/3.5, Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 5cm f/3.5. Accessory shoe present on some examples and absent on others. Standard lens NOT SOURCED. Weight and dimensions NOT SOURCED. GENERATION FOLDED IN: Nr. 143 (1938), which differs by a black enamel top housing and a lens roster restricted to the Xenar. One of those two is finish, so under this catalogue's rule the pair is a single hardware dimension and folds. Flagged as the closest call in the prewar block.
