Everything else is absent because it could not be found: THE CAMERA APPEARS IN NO KODAK CATALOGUE. Absent from 1897 UK, 1897 US, 1898, 1899 and 1900, each checked directly; the 1897 US volume has no Falcon of any number. It exists elsewhere only as a line item on one manufacturer listing.
