Introduction price $45 (July 1933). FIXED LENS, fixed focus 13mm f/2.7 - essentially identical to the Model 20 but for the faster lens. KNOWN TYPO IN THE SOURCE, DO NOT PROPAGATE: Kerr's price paragraph for this camera says "equipped with a 25 mm f/1.9 lens", which is a copy-paste slip from an adjacent paragraph; his body text elsewhere gives 13mm f/2.7 correctly. SERIAL NUMBERS: these bodies DO carry serials (Kerr's own Special is number 330; a Science Museum Group Royal Magazine is 65678) but NO Cine-Kodak serial-to-year scheme is published anywhere - checked across all four Kerr monographs, Wikipedia, Pacific Rim Camera's Cine reference library and two museum catalogues. Date these bodies by model production window only.
