The first lens to receive EBC, in 1972 - which makes a green EBC marking a firm FLOOR of late 1972 on any Fujinon. Its absence is not a ceiling: Fuji kept selling single-coated budget lenses throughout the run. Layer count is disputed between two Fuji sources: 14 per Fujifilm's history, 11 per the ST801 manual.
